Christina (who prefers Chrissy or Tiina) developed a deep and profound appreciation for our beautiful Earth’s ecology and global diversity of human cultures during her extensive childhood world travel. By age 14, she had sailed from Australia through Asia, Arabia & Europe – living in a total of thirteen countries. Plant chemistry is a passion of Chrissy-Tiina, a field which she discovered while working at “Beelarong Community Farm” (Brisbane, Australia). In pursuit of this field, she has completed a “Diploma in Laboratory Technology” at Southbank Institute of TAFE, a “Bachelor of Science (Environment) – majoring in Natural Resources & Pollution” at Griffith University (where she received a number of awards for high achievement) and a number of other related small courses. Chrissy-Tiina has also worked as a research assistant (aka. Environmental Scientist) at Australian River’s Institute, who boasts Australia’s largest number of water-based scientists. Having completed a number of specialist permaculture studies in earthworks & hydrology, natural building and group dynamics, Chrissy-Tiina brings a wealth of scientific insight and rigour to the standard PDC curriculum.
